My career journey started as a Software Engineer, where I built in-house LMS and assessment platforms at Tally Education. Transitioning into Product Management, I have since led AI Tutor and cloud-based learning innovations from concept to launch, driving measurable adoption and cost savings.

June 2024 – Present | Bengaluru, India- Redesigned the learning platform experience, driving a 90% increase in monthly active users and 400%+ growth in daily engagement, supported by SQL and Power BI insights.
- Optimized VM access flows across three phases, reducing unused VMs by 87.5%, saving ₹1.2 lakh, lowering drop-offs from 64.2% to 18.4%, and increasing average usage from 1.5 hrs to 3.44 hrs per learner.
- Improved TPonCloud/TPonAWS reliability by identifying VM failures through data analysis and coordinating engineering fixes that brought non-received VMs down to zero.
- Resolved cross-functional conflicts between Tech, PDD, Marketing, and BD by aligning decisions around user impact, enabling stalled features to be delivered on time.
